hyurihuh. the flesh just below the outer corner of my left eye is all tender and slightly swollen like I'd taken a couple swipes at it with very fine sandpaper, and I have no idea why.
my contacts seem to be working a bit better today, so maybe it's just that I'm not used to using a focal point at the surface of my eye. I'm also trying out 1600x1200, which didn't work out too well the last time I tried it on Windows. worked pretty well on Linux, but then GNOME took a shit, and, well... yeah.
so, it seems to be working okay for now. little low on the refresh rate, but nothing painful. we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow.
