I dunno what brought it to mind, but I really wonder if giving blood is a good idea for me. the day after I gave, my blood pressure was up in the high normal range. last time I had it checked (a few days ago), it was something like 147 over 93.

it has never been that high before, not even close! it's usually around 110 over 65, +/- 10.
