having successfully addicted myself to Neon Genesis Evangelion (I actually spent money on it!), I apparently decided somewhere in my subconscious that this wasn't enough and grabbed the first episode of Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 (i was actually looking for the original BGC, which I'd already seen parts of, but ya takes what ya gets).

on a not-quite-related note, my current "must-have" tracks are:

yes, I prefer the Japanese originals. yes, I'm slowly converting from a moderately indifferent preference for dubs to a serious sub fan--mostly through necessity, as most anime downloads are subs (though the fact that I just plain like the language might be another reason). I still prefer to continue a series in the format I was first exposed to it, however.
