I had a diamond pick and 20 obsidian blocks. then I fell in lava. now my save won't even load.

I have no idea, but it did the same thing to my replacement save. Wherein I'd found 8 diamond, 23 iron, and over 100 coal within an hour of starting.

I hate when that happens! I also can't figure out how Obsidian farming is supposed to yield infinite Obsidian blocks. >_< Each scenario I've seen yields only as much obsidian as there were original lava blocks!

Beats me. All I know is: find lava, find water, and lead the latter to the former.
