hyuriso, everyone says Deep Wounds is a necessity for prot, right? and DW is pretty much the basis of every tank build in WotLK.
but I'm having no trouble without it. in fact, the points saved let me max Shield Specialization, which is inarguably more useful for a tank.
I think the reason is that the crit just isn't there with prot gear. why talent for something that just won't happen often enough to count on?
so I'm thinking of dropping my 2 points of Cruelty and possibly Impale for ... something. as soon as I figure out what, I'll probably do it. perhaps Improved Disciplines and Booming Voice?
also, peeve: people who roll need on offspec gear, and then greed mainspec gear "because [they] didn't want to be greedy". dude, take the immediate upgrade. take the one you will use more often. especially in ToC, where everything is epic, and you're in all blues and even greens. hell, I just farm for emblems and enchanting mats anymore: I don't need 5man gear for anything.
... er, well, I could use another Edge of Ruin for fury offhand. but that's it!
