hyuriI finally ordered my bearing (actually 2: a spare never hurts, especially on high‐wear parts) and it supposedly shipped yesterday. at least, they sent me a tracking number.
now I’m trying to decide whether to get a puller and hammer to install it at home, or wait until next Wednesday when I can just use one of the school’s pullers and have access to a press as well. waiting would be cheaper and more (easily) accurate, but if I had it done already the guy I bought the car from would weld the exhaust back together on Wednesday. tough choice.
on the other hand, I still need to get a windshield for my parents’ car. and smog it. in the next week. this is shaping up to be an expensive year.
