went out last night,

hyuriand saw a movie; it was fun. caught the 2215 showing of Bruce Almighty; got there about 15 mins late but we didn't miss much of anything. I was high when I drove back though -- adrenaline, endorphins, and sleep deprivation. I mowed down one of those reflector posts they put by freeway on-ramps, and we were like right behind a cop! but he was flying like he had someplace to be 10 mins ago, so it was all good.
stopped at the bus station on the way home 'cause there's lights in the parking lot. knocked the post flat and drove over it, and all it did to the car was slightly dent the front license plate and scrape some of the grease off the front cross-beam on the frame. so I giggled and cackled and lead-footed my way home.
I like driving. even if I do seem to keep mowing down posts for some reason.
