on a completely different note, David Drake’s Northworld Trilogy is a very interesting read. and a very long one, too: $6.99 for more book than I could read in a whole day. and this without the long breaks that characterized my reading of The Silmarillion. I begin to comprehend people’s complaints about The Wheel of Time, but I still don’t agree. just take a break, people, maybe read something else.

and now I must go tear a couple dashes apart and a seat out. funfun.

oh, and I got my GED results yesterday. I passed. my shitty, pathetic little essay of perhaps a dozen sentences was ranked in the 95^th percentile. my minimal faith in education dwindles yet further.

I vaguely remember speaking with you, and I fully remember being drunk... but... I don't really remember what was said.

Yep. You were in that stage of drunkenness that leaves you saying pretty much whatever pops into your head, and I was just like, “Go to sleep. Trust me on this: go. To. Bed.”

And hey, getting it is a bit of accomplishment. Y’know 70% fail on their first try?
