Jun. 11th, 2003 11:29 ammy dad decided that I needed to put in some manual labor on the car, but I didn't argue too much 'cause I decided I needed the $25 he was offering. so I changed the exhaust flange gasket or something like that -- no fun on an '80s Cutlass Ciera: there's no room to move your bloody hand around back there.
so I finally get done with that, and my mom wants to go to Wal-Mart for some new pants. okay, I like to drive. while we're there and I'm waiting for her outside the fitting rooms, the girl putting stuff back on hangers asks me if I'm bored. I'm like, "WTF?" 'cause nobody talks to me. most people actually go out of their way to avoid it, even. so we get out of the store, and I decide to treat myself; I stopped at Starbucks and got a Venti Tazo Citrus. cheaper than I expected, too: $3.85 instead of $5.something.
oh, and I finally got Emacs 21 working something like 19.34 does, and rearranged my .emacs so the Emacs 21 stuff isn't loaded by 19.34. so 19 starts up mucho fast like it's supposed to.
