well, chamomile is about as soothing as a cup of warm water. and personally, I think the water would taste better. yech.

wish my temples would stop throbbing so I could sleep properly.

Don't quite see what everyone says about all the crazy herb teas, they all taste like poo and since it tastes terrible enough that I don't drink it, it doesn't work. I like the standard fare. Normal black tea with lemon and honey. What happened to that?
