hyuriargh! why do people insist on calling Perl scripting (on a website) CGI? it can be, true - but so can PHP, or a BASH script, or a Python script, or any other of the myriad of interpreted or compiled language options out there. hell, you could even write a CGI in Win/DOS batch language!
