people who believe that the right to not be discriminated against in the workplace equates to the “right” to not be fired, even for cause. or to be hired for positions for which they are not suited (or even capable).
y’know, maybe it has nothing to do with the fact that you’re black, or hispanic, or a woman; and everything to do with the fact that you aren’t doing your job, or that you have no experience in or even knowledge of that field.
then again, this just boils down to The Common Idiot and the vast popularity of the victim mentality—people who want to be victims, so they can have everything done for them.
(NB: I’m not saying that victims (of anything) are like that. but people who want to be victims, who work to be victims? they do. every single one of them. there’s a great difference between wanting to be a victim, and wanting to acknowledge that you are or have been a victim.)
