wouldn’t have helped, anyway. I got the exception again—it was in System.Windows.Forms.dll, part of the .NET Framework. something I can’t fix.

easily my least favorite part of showering is untangling my wet hair afterward. it hurts. doesn’t help that—naturally, now that my washing no longer outlasts the hot water—the drain doesn’t work right and the tub is full by the time I get done with my body. and because I never remember to wash my hair unless I’m washing the rest of me...

Try using a comb made of horn. Where a plastic, metal or even wood comb will catch and damage your hair, a horn comb goes quite smoothly through your hair.

even if you cant fix the problem (although I think there is something in the code that is making System.Windows.Forms.dll break), you can catch the damn thing and make it so it will not give you "unhandled exception" errors.
