hyuriwell, that was nice. I was rushing a bit when I went to delete my spam, and didn’t realize until after I closed Outlook Express that I’d accidentally deleted the folder instead of the email. and, of course, closing OE apparently removes all traces of deleted (mail) files from the file system.
almost 5 years of email, gone. because I didn’t pay attention. the only good part is that I don’t use that account for much, and every account gets sorted into a different folder. but I did use it a fair amount through 2001. -_-
