okay, so my guts are all crampy for no reason (that I know), and somewhere in there I can feel a vein throbbing. and I've had something just this side of diarrhea for the last day and a half or so.

my sinuses have felt like they were crammed full of something just slightly larger than their capacity for a while. body pillows are good for days like this. >_<

Nah, just sleep. And food. Mostly the food, I think. ^^; Woke up, ate a bunch, still hungry but I don't want to dump too much in there at once.
