Jan. 2nd, 2007 05:23 amokay, so, my computer has gone stupid. as in, manymany Important System Files have been corrupted, with no apparent reason. so my internet access has been, and remains, rather ... inconsistent.
and of course, the end of the year is when everything goes to shit. in the last week I have: dropped a gas tank to check a fuel pump after getting towed home, had my driver’s license expire, had a (still unpaid) fine go to collections and get a late fee tacked on, pulled something in my back, had my computer try to digest its own brains, and overdrawn my checking account. oh, and I was coughing up blood for a couple of days.
my New Year’s resolution is: to succeed.
