Apr. 14th, 2004 04:39 amseeing as I've totally excised Linux in any functional form from my computer, I'm thinking maybe I should go find a multi-protocol IM client that's more stable than Gaim. 'cause without Linux, there really isn't much call for multi-OS compatibility, is there?
maybe it's time for a complete house cleaning. dump my home directory backup onto a CD, prune the old downloads that I've been keeping "just in case" and move the rest of them onto CDs, prune my overgrown image collection again...
except that my last five CD-Rs just plain won't work. drive won't recognize that there's actual media there, just that there's something there. Imation = shit. had nothing but trouble with this spindle.
feh, I can still clean things up a bit.
