hyuriit started with me reading aloud from this page. somehow this evolved into me and my father talking about working, jobs, etc. two hours later, we were discussing the relative merits of the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross. (let's just say the Red Crass took it up the ass (and not in a good way) and leave it at that, shall we?)
along the way we stopped off at the Constitution, where we visited the second, ninth, and tenth amendments; visited DOMA and gay adoption; discussed Hitler, a possible connection between Roehm's killing and the beginning of World War II, and the ways the Nazis could have won that war; and pondered the shortcomings of Red Hat. all in all, I think it went pretty well.
now if only I could get my brain to stop running in circles and let me sleep!
