Yeah, though "few" is somewhat subjective. But ~20 cm short isn't bad for something I got when I was 14, is it? ^^; (Never mind that the shirt under it is at least 3 years older than that...)

Ah... I was thinking of the length of the sleeves, as I like to put my left hand in the end of the right sleeve and vice versa to keep my hands warm. a few centimeters of open air around the sleeves is decidedly chilly :)

I must admit, a robe that only comes to mid-thigh can also be cold.

Ah yes, that's why you should wear fuzzy robes while seated on a big couch, with your legs tucked under you, preferably while drinking a big mug of hot cocoa/tea/'steamy beverage of choice'. :)

Or you could try to go for a pair of 'fuzzyfeet' (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter02/PATTfuzzyfeet.html). halimede made me a pair last winter and they're great at keeping your feet warm!
