hyuriI've been reintroduced to an odd phenomenon: namely, that I can be exposed to some technical data that's utterly nonsensical to me and then, when I encounter the same or similar data some time later, it Just Makes Sense.
it happens with computers. it happens with cars. it happens with (some types of) math.
despite making use of them fairly frequently for years now, though, I still have difficulties with vectors and sets. actually, I still have trouble with algebra sometimes.
and I still think sigma notation is the neatest thing.
