why are my arms sore?

hyurithree weeks with my cousin and his girlfriend living here. four weeks with my brother here, with two weeks of overlap. the house feels empty.
my Friday started at about 2000 Thursday and ended at around 0430 Saturday in Seaside. got up at 0830 to take a shower, delivered my brother to DLIFLC and got the basic errands run (find the PX, etc.), and got home at about 0300 Sunday. got up at 0830 again to run my grandmother around for the day and made it home around 0545, whereupon I couldn't sleep.
I don't want to be alive today. maybe Wednesday?
