VARIATION! last sentence of last post:
okay, so, apparently I have an early (pre-'79) 5 speed, in a late ('81-'83) case. today I felled, and cut into fire-sized logs (unsplit), five 20-year-old eucalyptus trees. sometimes I stop and wonder how I'm still alive. I no longer claim to understand anything that happens in or around my life. okay, so, I've slowly migrated up to maxing out all the video settings in WoW without even realizing it. back in January I, being dissatisfied with the performance of my spark plug wires (and their condition: several of them had detachable ends which were not as originally supplied) I stopped at NAPA and picked up a set of their Belden plug wires. yes. so my monitor's descent into madness accelerated sharply today: not content merely to lose tint control, it began to lose vertical hold. stupid makes me smoke. fuck. wow. so..

now if only I'd remembered to replace the rear case bushing before I put the case together.... I'm not sure I really want to work on it anymore, but it bugs me to leave it so incomplete. subsisting on jelly beans and soda for several days at a time is probably not the best idea, no matter how delicious. either way, time to get back to water. why do I always hit /x/ when it's dark and I'm the only one awake? dammit. oops. fun to play with, though. cloning is really irritating. hell, I don't know. I'm rather hoping it was the Monty Python shirt. my toes, I can't feel them! much.that made a much more sensible paragraph, and I'm not sure I like that.
