two rollbacks in a week?

hyuriGravity is beginning to piss me off.
okay, I paid for a month of RO on the 20th. got m'self up to level 39/29; life was good. they rolled back to the 19th. not happy, but I can deal. in the 2x XP/drop period, I managed to get myself to level 43/32.
less than 10 minutes after getting that last job level, they announce another rollback. to the 19th again. and a change of all passwords. which they said would be emailed to all account holders. I'm still waiting.
