have you ever had one of those days where you just wanted to curl up in a ball and be depressed because it felt like nothing was going right and nothing was ever going to go right, so you just wanted to stop existing for a while? even just a couple of hours?
and have you ever had something happen that was so completely and utterly unexpected that it just totally made your day—and incidentally confused the hell out of you at the same time?
okay, got that? it’s very interesting watching what goes on inside one’s own head when the first situation is capped off by the second. (so it wasn’t hypothetical, sue me.)
I think it wants to explode, really.
also, I think I’m going to start burning some phoneposts. I mean, the reaction(s) that I’m, ah, apprehensive about are gonna be from the sort of people with whom I don’t really want to deal anyway.
okay, that’s it for the day. really! I’m trotting off to bed now! no more diarrhea of the fingers!
