May. 30th, 2003 04:31 amah, I dumped another 128MB SDRAM in my computer so I gots 384MB of RAM now; reinstalled Linux, downloaded the LILO source so I could remove the Loading <x> message when I pick an OS or don't hold anything down. now I just need to find the place to change the key to hold down on boot and I'll have a stealth LILO...
decided to try something new this time, so I loaded KDE instead of GNOME and compiled my kernel with USB to try and get my webcam working.
oddly, dumping the extra RAM in seems to have caused my computer to stop going straight into BIOS setup every cold boot complaining about a bad processor speed setting. go fig.
