it’s amazing what push‑ups alone can do to the body. I don’t think I like the changes, but I’m going to need them.

though it does have the advantage of making most of my shirts fit better. ¬_¬

well, we’ll see. and Yuri’s giving me dirty looks for having something in my lap so she can’t lay there. ^^;
