Oct. 20th, 2004 05:04 amtonight (well, last night, technically) I have discovered in myself a fondness for “Southern Fried Chicken,” as the recipe my dad used was entitled. I was kinda curious as which “South” this was a reference to, since ingredient #2 in the egg wash (recipe was for a single chicken, cut up) was “about a cup of red hot sauce.”
I also have to wonder what kind of hot sauce they have where that recipe originated, since that much here is only advised if you have a handy replacement esophagus.
and I just grabbed the back. dammit! I think the wings had more meat than this pathetic little piece...
