hyuriself-hatred is so incredibly destructive...
getting off that subject, I got stomach cramps and a headache is roaming around in my skull - literally. it started out just above my right eye and kind of slid around over/through my left eye to my left ear, back across to my right temple, then through my left temple, and is kinda floating around my left ear. weird. and painful. and my gut's all cramped up. bleagh.
