theoretically, there’s fish somewhere in this sushi. damned if you can tell, though. tastes like a compressed block of really starchy, really crappy rice, with a bit of paper wrapped around it. >_<

Well... It was one of those packages they sell in the grocery store, and my mom had the poor taste to buy one of the cheaper packages. I think they actually slow‑froze it a few times, from the texture. -_-

Our grocery store sushi tends to be even better than our Japnese-restaurant sushi. Now that I think of it, there IS a Japanese lady that works at the Sobeys Sushi bar... maybe that's it.
