slash scares me. not the homosexual thing, but the level of obsession some people display about it. like, don’t rip someone’s head off for expressing the opinion that, y’know, maaaybe some people don’t want to read about Harry Potter getting wild and funky with Voldemort, with Spike and Xander (and perhaps one or both of the Malfoy guys and/or Snape) in the background, ’kay? it’s major freak‑some. O_O

I mean, okay, some people can write that and make it hot. it’s still squicky to a lot of people, and you’re still a rabid freak who scares off the newbies. see, foaming at the mouth is bad. stop doing it.
