Jun. 12th, 2004 05:23 amguwaaaaah~!
thus is the state of my mind, after some 10 hours of FFXI, too much caffeine, not enough sleep, ~13 hours without hitting the toilet (really need to break that habit), and an unsatisfying visit to a bad buffet.
the sushi was poor, but tolerable; they put a truly disgusting cheese on the mussels; the eggdrop soup tasted like brine; they had this funky fried thing in a won-ton wrapper that tasted like an attempt to make a savory from sweetened cream cheese; the chicken was waaay fatty; the shrimp was all dried up; their "lobster roll" was dry, gritty, and tasted somewhere between inferior bacon, fatless sausage, and dog treats; and almost everything was really fucking greasy...
on the positive side, their gyoza wasn't too bad. except that I only had two. -_- and my we came home and my parents decided to watch Food Network for a few hours, and the first thing I saw when they turned it on was this totally delicious looking omelette. and then barbecue shit (barbecue balogna sandwich; that looked good). >_<
okay, half an hour to write this little entry. damn, I'm slow.
