not content with being the top Horde progression guild on Demon Soul, with a total of five formal and semi-formal raid groups, a number of us have rolled new alts with the goal of becoming the top Alliance progression guild on Demon Soul.

given that four of our raids have progressed further than the top Alliance guild, I don't foresee much difficulty.


this week past we went in on Thursday to farm. my co-lead expected to clear Beth'tilac, Shannox, Rhyolith, and Baleroc. we were doing well enough that after each boss was one-shot, I convinced him to try the next one, see what happens. in the end we one-shot 6/7 and then downed Ragnaros on the fourth attempt, with the last piece of loot handed out at exactly 3 hours and 20 minutes after we entered. we now have Firelands down smoother than we had any T11 content.

I'm hoping to convince him it's safe and good to attempt heroic Shannox this week.
