drove the Z again yesterday, moving it into storage, and holy crap. anyone who thinks a Z's shift throw is too short should try a Bimmer for a day. full throw, gear to gear, on the Z, is just about enough to take up the slack in the ZF's linkage. and the clutch pedal is basically the same story.

I think I'll always regret not picking up another Z instead, but a sedan is just more practical.
