Feb. 5th, 2010 06:54 amthe Z32 fell through. far too much missing and damaged, upon final inspection, to be worth the money.
got a basically complete, black interior and all, '83 280ZX for $350 though. excepting a few dents on the right rear quarter and a couple of surface rust patches on the T-bar, it's in much better condition than my old one. the steering rack doesn't even leak!
'course, it hasn't been started in a couple of years and it had problems then, but! my old engine had no internal problems at all and, as I mentioned, it sounds like a sensor issue anyway. seems like that's what every problem with the first two generations comes back to.
and now to see if this headache will finally let me sleep.
