whoa. two people have me on their friends lists. I feel weird. I feel weak. I feel -- no, wait. that's lack of sleep. don't mind me! (you'd think by now I could recognize sleep deprivation, but noooo...)
on a slightly more serious note: there should be more hours in the day. why, between reading back posts at GP and talking to my cousin's ex on AIM, I haven't played but an hour of RO since I renewed! this is wrong. I must have my daily ration of games, dammit!
...
okay, so I thought it was serious. shows what my thinking's worth. I shall sleep. eventually.

I need a new CD player. maybe. I might be able to skate away with buying a mini-stereo jack at Radio Shack and replacing it, but I'm not too sure about my chances of success. on the other hand, it'd be way cheaper if it did work. or I could shop around for a working Sony D-141, which would have the added benefit of giving me a spare motor/laser assembly. hmm...
so, yeah. I need to work on that. I also need to convince my mom to take me (or let me take the car) up to Target, so I can grab a couple of "special items". so far, no luck. >_<
on the upside, my parents owe me twenty bucks for the radiator. of course, it would be much better if they didn't owe me for it...
and while I'm up by Target I could run a couple miles over to the mall and grab a new PSX controller to once more attempt to fix my DDR pad. I think I've figured out what went wrong last time: I used a dual shock pad. and cut off the analog control board. so circuits were missing.
oh well. I'm rambling. and I've been caffeine-free for more than 2 weeks!
...again.
