(no subject)

for some reason, I get these links between certain games and albums or bands. I spent most of Phantasy Star IV listening to the Armageddon soundtrack and, to a lesser extent, Bad Religion's "Stranger Than Fiction". I played Chrono Trigger to Savage Garden's first CD. I only listened to it twice, but I think of No Doubt's "Tragic Kingdom" when I think of Shadows of the Empire. I played various Goo Goo Dolls discs in my early days on The 4th Coming. and I smashed Star Wars: Episode I Racer to the sound of Godsmack.

and yet, for my obsessions for the last year or so, RWK and UO, I have no real musical links. all I have is a sense that maybe I listened to this song, or I think I heard that song when... it's kind of puzzling.
