alright, so maybe that wasn't such a bright idea. Windows ME was eating itself, so I upgraded to XP—forgetting, naturally, that XP and Radeon 9000s don't agree with each other. I ended formatting C and installing 2000, which seems to be working pretty well. haven't installed much beyond Mozilla and Winamp (and I lost my pretty skins! noooooo!), but it's working.
