am I the only person in the world who hates (I'm talking some serious loathing here) large, heavy (size-wise, not weight) handles on silverware?

Well, yeah, handles are good. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive about how things are balanced. Or just overly sensitive.

Of course, I'm picky about silverware too. I prefer dinner forks to salad forks (even when eating salad). I hate tablespoons, they're too big. I use iced-teaspoons (the long spoon) whenever I can.

So I guess there are 2 of us, since yeah, balance and light heft are qualities I seek in silver (erm, flat?) ware.

Now that we have that little bit of trivia dispensed with.... ;)
