for some reason, my mother was doing something to my hair -- brushing it, I think. next thing I knew, she was shaving the back of my head. and then, when I stood up the rest of my hair came down to my ankles

"strange," said I, "I thought my hair wasn't even waist-length."

then someone told me not to worry about it, and to wake up, which I did. and then forgot about it until I read about octobersprite's dream and thought to myself, "why can't I have dreams like that? ... oh, wait..."
