Oh, they are, both! However, the Dodo I was referring to is a vehicle in GTA 3:

To be honest... that doesn't look aerodynamically sound either ^^;

With a wingspan like that you're gonna need real speed to truly fly, which would probably rip the rest of the plane apart.

though you might be able to skip and bounce on the ground effect...
not too stable though.

How does it handle in the game?

Fairly well, if you ignore it's tendencies to lose altitude and to not automatically level its flight path at all.

...Actually, don't ignore those; it's a good way to get very dead, very fast. ^^;

In Vice city though y ou can fly the Dildo dodo, which has wings....and can land in water. ^_^;

Well, its only called the dildo dodo through one mission and its PINK.......but you keep the plane afterwards, and it keeps respawning at your porn studio. Its hard to fly around. o.o;
